A lifestyle medicine approach is important at all ages; however, it becomes vital as we grow older. You may notice as we age people will comment on unexplained aches and pains, low energy and libido, brain fog and irritability. Symptoms we often attribute to “getting older” and once the conversation ends, we leave it there. But we shouldn’t.
By using a Lifestyle Medicine approach there is almost always something we do to improve our wellbeing. The choice really is yours to make. It need not be daunting – even little steps can go a long way….
